This is called a diversionary tactic.

I’ve a piece of writing to complete for tomorrow, and so far nothing is brewing in my brain yet. I know my topic, but the span of the topic is so broad I’m finding it hard to tie myself down to a place to begin.

Thought that searching some words might help, but instead it opened up more opportunities. So back to the piece of paper, and let’s see what might appear.
